QUALITY POLICY

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• CJR is committed to improving on the quality of its products and procedures and to this end we work with both external quality and test houses and the IACS Societies to make sure that any changes in standards or legislation are implemented within our procedures.
• All internal and external reporting is scanned and archived in our Navision system and Quality system. Each product or vessel has its own folder identification for traceability.
• A robust Non-Conformance procedure ensures all defects are captured, reported, resolved and preventative measures put in the place to avoid repartitions.
• Regular reporting of Non-Conformance is completed for all Customer, Internal and Supplier conditions.
