The sun was shining down on Vieux Port on Wednesday as our Technical Sales Director Alex Stevens attended the Cannes Yachting Festival. He met with Lindsay Hill, CJR’s representative in the South of France, as well as numerous clients of CJR.
What is the Cannes Yachting Festival?
Cannes Yachting Festival takes place across two of Cannes’ most beautiful ports, Vieux Port and Port Canto, every September. It is an annual pilgrimage which attracts the biggest players in the boating industry as Europe’s top in-water boat show and the world’s no.1 show for large sailing boats.
Cutting-edge technology and relationship building
CJR Propulsion were present to soak up the latest innovations in marine manufacturing, admire the array of beautiful yachts and sailing boats on display as well as meeting with existing and prospective clients. Marine events provide crucial insights into the surge in technological advancements being witnessed by the marine industry in recent years. Keeping pace with these innovations allows CJR to remain on the cutting edge of rapid turnaround, fully optimised and bespoke marine manufacturing.
It is important to CJR, as a global propulsion and stern gear expert, to seize opportunities for in-person interaction with our extensive portfolio of clients which is, for so much of the year, scattered throughout the world.
