Strength and Corrosion Resistence
We use Marinemet 25 (a Duplex stainless steel) which is stronger and more resilient to corrosion than even surgical stainless steel.

Accuracy
Every bar of up to 110mm in diameter is straightened to a tolerance of 0.003” over a length of up to 8m and is machined in one piece on our Mazak Intergrex 5-axis CNC lathe.

This accuracy ensures each Shaft is manufactured to deliver vibration free operation.
